the Centre
Five rooms.
Endless possibility.
Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, confidential and professional environment — across three floors of a beautiful Victorian building in Jesmond.
Art Psychotherapy
Creative healing at its heart
Art therapy uses creative expression as a pathway to emotional wellbeing. It's not about artistic skill — it's about the process of making, reflecting and healing.
Charlotte's decade of practice informs the ethos of the entire centre — a belief that the right environment and the right support can transform lives. No artistic experience is required.
